The training room
Aditya was running technical training for companies. Teams sat through a tool for three days and went back to work unchanged. The few who changed had built something in the room.

One rule
So the slides went. Every session became a build, and a session ended only when the thing it taught ran on the learner’s own laptop.

The first open cohort
Engineers from client teams asked for seats for their friends. Twenty-three people joined the first open cohort and built a pipeline on public market prices.

Live, from anywhere
Classes moved online and stayed live: one room of thirty, cameras on, an expert answering by name. A learner in Guwahati got the same room as one in Pune.

Today
