These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of www.skild.co.in and any associated platforms, including our Learning Hub (collectively, the “Platform“), owned and operated by Adivantures, a sole proprietorship concern of [Proprietor’s Full Name], registered address C-231, Rohnipuram, Dangania, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, 492001, India (“Adivantures“, “SkilD“, “Company“, “we“, “us“, “our“).

By accessing the Platform, enrolling in a programme, or making a payment, you (“Learner“, “User“, “you“) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Pricing Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently enroll in any programme offered by SkilD. Learners under 18 may participate only through an Institutional Training arrangement coordinated with their school/college, or with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Programmes Offered

SkilD offers, from time to time: free programmes of limited duration; low-cost self-paced resources (starting at ₹99); short certification courses (starting at ₹499); flagship PG Certification programmes in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Science & AI; and custom Corporate and Institutional Training programmes. Programme content, duration, fees, and availability are as described on the relevant programme page at the time of enrollment and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for each programme are as displayed at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, and PayPal) and, where selected, through EMI/financing partners (including EasyPay, Cashfree, Razorpay, Earlysalary, and credit card issuers). SkilD is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the terms, interest, or charges applied by a third-party financing partner; those are governed solely by your agreement with that partner. All fees are subject to our Refund and Pricing Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, curriculum, recordings, platform software, and materials made available through the Platform are the intellectual property of SkilD (or its licensors) and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share your access credentials or any course content with any third party.

Any projects, assignments, or work product you create as part of a programme remain your intellectual property. By submitting such work, you grant SkilD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such work (including your name and, where applicable, your outcome/testimonial) for educational and promotional purposes, including on the Platform and in marketing materials, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

6. Placement Assistance — No Guarantee

SkilD provides placement assistance, including resume support, interview preparation, and introductions to hiring partners, as part of applicable programmes. SkilD does not guarantee any Learner a job offer, interview, specific salary, or placement outcome. Any outcomes referenced on the Platform (including learner success stories) reflect individual results and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other Learner.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon satisfying the applicable programme’s completion criteria and full payment of applicable fees, as described on the relevant programme page. Learners who have not completed payment in full (where a direct installment plan with SkilD applies) may not be eligible to receive a certificate until outstanding dues are cleared, without prejudice to Section 9 below.

8. Institutional and Corporate Programmes

Institutional Training and Corporate Training programmes are governed by a separately executed written agreement between SkilD and the relevant institution or organisation. These Terms apply to such programmes only to the extent not superseded by the terms of that separate agreement.

9. Installment Default

Where a Learner has opted for a payment plan financed through a third-party EMI/financing partner, any default in payment is governed solely by the agreement between the Learner and that financing partner; SkilD is not responsible for recovery or consequences of such default.

Where a Learner has opted for a direct installment payment plan with SkilD and fails to pay any installment when due, SkilD reserves the right to: (a) downgrade the Learner’s enrollment to the immediately lower-tier programme for which the amount already paid is sufficient consideration; and (b) treat the amount already paid towards the higher-tier programme as earned by SkilD in consideration of costs already incurred and services already rendered, without further refund, to the extent permitted under applicable law, including Section 74 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and programmes are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While SkilD strives for accuracy and quality, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkilD’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any programme shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Learner for the specific programme giving rise to the claim. SkilD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkilD, its proprietor, employees, and instructors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of applicable law.

12. Termination

SkilD may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse, with or without notice, without prejudice to any fees already accrued or due.

13. Force Majeure

SkilD shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or utility outages, government action, or other events of force majeure. Where feasible, affected batches or sessions will be rescheduled.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, seated in Pune, Maharashtra, and conducted in English. Notwithstanding the above, either party may approach the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra for interim or injunctive relief, or in aid of the arbitration process, and such courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not referred to or resolved through arbitration.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Pricing Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SkilD regarding your use of the Platform.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
